FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
          ...NORTH CENTRAL COMANCHE
 
NEARLY 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN SINCE 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON 6 MILES
NORTHWEST OF COLDWATER. RAIN IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE TO FALL IN THIS
AREA TONIGHT. ANOTHER REPORT OF 2.40 INCHES WAS REPORTED AT WILMORE

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE BUILDING# IN AN AREA 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
PRATT IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS.  THESE STORMS WERE NEWLY DEVELOPED AND
WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS.

LITTLE IF ANY MOVEMENT INDICATED.
