AT 923 PM EDT...THE FULTON COUNTY CONTROL REPORT THAT FLOODING IS
OCCURRING IN THE NEEDMORE AREA WITH MANY BASEMENTS BEING PUMPED OUT.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS MOVING SLOWLY ACROSS THE TONOLOWAY CREEK IN
FULTON COUNTY WILL RESULT IN WIDESPREAD FLOODING.
