FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...CUYAHOGA...MEDINA
 
HEAVY RAINS FROM TROPICAL STORM HUGO HAVE HIT NORTHERN OHIO...AND THAT
HAS SENT RIVERS AND STREAMS RISING. DURING THE 90 MINUTES ENDING AT
525...TWO-AND-ONE-HALF INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN THE CITY OF MEDINA. THE
HEAVIEST RAINS STALLED OVER MEDINA COUNTY AND SOUTHERN CUYAHOGA COUNTY
DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. ALMOST ONE-AND-ONE-HALF INCHES OF RAIN FELL
ON NORTH ROYALTON (1.36).
