THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
          ...FOREST...VENANGO
 
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
VENANGO AND FOREST COUNTIES. NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING IN CLARION
COUNTY NEAR EMELTON HAVE BEEN REPORTED. A CABIN WAS WASHED OFF ITS
FOUNDATION THERE. WATER WAS ALSO REPORTED ON ROUTE 257 IN SOME SPOTS.
THE UPPER SAGE CREEKS WAS RUNNING NEAR BANKFULL. NEVER DRIVE INTO A
FLOODED AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
