AT 615 PM EDT A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING INTO NEWBERRY COUNTY.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE CAUSED DAMAGE IN ANDERSON COUNTY DURING THE
PAST HOUR. THESE THUNDERSTROMS ARE MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH. THESE STORMS
ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING AS WELL
AS LARGE HAIL.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF VERY STRONG THUNDER- STORMS FROM NORTHWEST SOUTH CAROLINA TO CENTRAL GEROGIA. THIS LINE IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE CENTRAL SAVANNAH RIVER AREA WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. RESIDENTS OF THE AREA SHOULD BE ALERT FOR STRONG GUSTY WINDS..DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ...HAIL AND POSSIBLE TORNADOES.
