HEAVY RAINFALL OF AN INCH AND A QUARTER TO NEAR 3 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN PORTIONS OF NORTHERN ERIE COUNTY. THE RAIN CONTINUED INTO NIAGARA COUNTY. MANY ROADS...VIADUCTS AND BASEMENTS WERE REPORTED FLOODED IN BUFFALO...
