  AT 640 PM CDT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN WILLISTON
INDICATED A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORM 14 MILES NORTHWEST OF
WILLISTON. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR
AND WILL BE OVER THE CITY OF WILLISTON SHORTLY AFTER 7 PM CDT.

  THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY ALONG WITH POSSIBLE
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
