EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED TREE LIMBS AND WIRES DOWN
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PART OF THE COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST
AT 25 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN TIOGA COUNTY AROUND
