THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY WAS JUST SOUTH OF ROSEBUD NEW MEXICO AND EAST OF LUBBOCK IN DICKENS COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS EAST NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MILES AN HOUR.
