FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS BEING OBSERVED BY RADAR IN EASTERN

IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS
THE NORTHERN PORTION OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY...GENERALLY NORTH OF A LINE
FROM NEWARK TO THE CITY OF NEW CASTLE BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM.
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAIN WILL ACCOMPANY THE THUNDERSTORM
AS IT PASSES THROUGH. A STRONG WIND GUST AND SOME SMALL HAIL MAY ALSO
