   IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND
      SOUTHERN CARROLL...NORTHERN HOWARD

A REPORT OF DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL ONE INCH IN DIAMETER
WAS RECEIVED FROM A RESIDENT OF NEW MARKET IN EASTERN FREDERICK
COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING SLOWLY EAST AND WILL BE
PASSING ACROSS SOUTHERN CARROLL AND NORTHERN HOWARD COUNTIES
DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
