AT 450 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN EXTREME
SOUTHWEST TERRY COUNTY...ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF WELLMAN. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
 
HIGH WINDS APPEAR TO BE A STRONG THREAT WITH THIS STORM AS IT MOVES
ACROSS SOUTHERN TERRY COUNTY.
