EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHEAST PART OF NEBRASKA
      EASTERN PLATTE...SOUTHEAST MADISON...WESTERN COLFAX

AT 810 PM CDT NUMEROUS FUNNELS WERE SIGHTED 15 MILES SOUTH OF
NORFOLK OR JUST SOUTHEAST OF MADISON IN MADISON IN MADISON
COUNTY.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
