EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES
IN THE SOUTHWEST PART OF NEBRASKA
NORTHERN HAYES...SOUTHERN LINCOLN
AT 925 PM A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 40 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
NORTH PLATTE ON THE LINCOLN/HAYES COUNTY LINE. IT WAS MOVING EAST
AT 25 MPH.
PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF
AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED.
