AT 1232 PM CDT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE OVER NORTHWEST KANSAS NEAR
OBERLIN IN DECATUR COUNTY AND 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ATWOOD IN
SOUTHEAST RAWLINS COUNTY.

DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THE STORMS...HEAVY RAIN ACROSS DECATUR AND
EASTERN RAWLINS COUNTIES MAY CAUSE SOME FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN LOW
LYING AREAS AND ALONG SAPPA CREEK.

PERSONS NEAR THE AFFECTED AREAS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION AND BE
PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGH GROUND SHOULD ANY FLOODING TAKE PLACE.
