THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN HOWARD

AT 355 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNDAO JUST NORTHWEST OF
ELBA OR 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA... MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE OPEN... TRY TO HIDE IN A DEPRESSION SUCH
AS A DITCH OR CULVERT.

IN ADDITION TO THE THREAT OF A TORNADO... LARGE HAIL... VERY HEAVY
RAIN AND DANGEROUS LIGHNING ARE2 LIKEY WITH THIS STORM.
