SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT AND RADAR SUMMARY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FARGO ND 530 PM CDT THU MAY 26 1988 AT 525 PM CDT...AN ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CONTINUED OVER CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...20 MILES NORTHWEST OF JAMESTOWN. THIS STORM HAD PRODUCED EGG SIZED HAIL AS IT PASSED THROUGH PETTIBONE NORTH DAKOTA. MOVEMENT OF THIS STORM WAS EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. ELSEWHERE...WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...A FEW WITH HEAVY RAIN... CONTINUED OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA FROM MIDWAY BETWEEN BISMARCK AND JAMESTOWN TO MIDWAY BETWEEN DEVILS LAKE AND GRAND FORKS. ALSO...WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAD DEVELOPED OVER WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA BETWEEN ALEXANDRIA AND ST CLOUD. MOVEMENT WAS ALSO EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. VOELKER
