EFFECTIVE UNTIL 230 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF IOWA
      EXTREME SOUTHEAST POWESHIEK...

   IN THE EAST CENTRAL PART OF IOWA
      IOWA...

SHORTLY BEFORE 2 PM...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 3 MILES NORTH
OF GIBSON...ALONG THE KEOKUK-POWESHIEK COUNTY LINE...ABOUT
40 MILES SOUTHWEST OF IOWA CITY.

THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR...AND WILL
BE AFFECTING THE CITIES OF DEEP RIVER...MILLERSBURG...AND
WILLIAMSBURG.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS IN A
