PANHANDLE.  THE STRONGEST STORM WAS 40 MILES WEST OF CHADRON NEBRASKA
...JUST SOUTHWEST OF HARRISON NEBRASKA.  MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT
10 MPH.  OTHER...MORE INTENSE STORMS WERE IN WYOMING.
