EFFECTIVE UNTIL  845 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
          ...SOUTHERN ROGERS...NORTHERN TULSA
AT 745 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN THE NORTHWESTERN
PART OF THE CITY OF TULSA. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 25
MILES PER HOUR.
