THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1200 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...BARTON...CEDAR AND DADE

AT 1100 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING
FROM ABOUT 60 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF JOPLIN...NEAR
ELDORADO SPRINGS TO ABOUT 25 MILES NORTH OF JOPLIN.

THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.
