THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...WEBSTER

AT 336 PM CDT GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED JUST NORTH
OF FAIR GROVE MISSOURI.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

REMEMBER A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH..LARGE HAIL..DEADLY LIGHTNING..AND HEAVY RAINS THAT CAN
QUICKLY FLOOD LOW AREAS.

IF THREATNING  WEATHER APPROACHES..YOU SHOULD GO TO A SAFE PLACE
IMMEDIAT ELY AND RELAY YOUR SEVERE WEATHER REPORT TO THE NEAREST

AT 230PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 60 MILES
NORTH NORTHEAST OF JOPLIN MISSOURI OR JUST WEST OF ELDORADO SPRINGS.

VERY HEAVY RAIN...PEA SIZE TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL AND WIND GUSTS OF
40 TO 50 MPH HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM.

THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING INTO
SOUTHEASTERN VERNON AND CEDAR COUNTY BY 3PM CDT.

PERSONS IN THESE COUNTIES SHOULD BE ALERT TO CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS
AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF THREATNING WEATHER
APPROACHES THEM.

VERY HEAVY RAINS FROM THIS STORM WILL ALSO CAUSE SMALL STREAM AND STREET
FLOODING.
