A THUNDERSHOWER MOVING THROUGH THE ROCKLAND AREA HAS DUMPED OVER A
AN INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR.  SEVERAL COUNTY ROADS ARE      .
COVERED WITH WATER AT THIS TIME.
