THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD
WARNING UNTIL  4AM  FOR THESE COUNTIES IN

WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA...EASTERN ALLEGEHNY AND WESTMORELAND.

AT 1245 AM HEAVY RAIN OVER THIS AREA HAS PUSHED SOME SMALL STREAMS
AND CREEKS OUT OF THEIR BANKS. THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE
VICINTY OF US ROUTE 22 FROM MONROEVILLE IN ALLEGHENY COUNTY...EASTWARD
TO DELMONT AND SOUTH TO THE VICINTY IRWIN.

THE CREEKS MOST LIKELY TO BE EFFECTED ARE TURTLE CREEK...BRUSH CREEK...
AND THEIR TRIBUTARIES.
