FOR STREAMS AND CREEKS IN ALLEGHENY AND WESTMORELAND COUNTIES TIL
9PM EDT TONIGHT.

FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED BY THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY EOC ALONG THE
PUCKETA CREEK IN NORTHERN WESTMORELAND COUNTY AND ALSO IN THE
NORTH HILLS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY IN HAMPTON AND SHALER TOWNSHIPS.

TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES WAS REPORTED BY A SKYWARN OBSERVER IN
NEW KENSINGTON PENNSYLVANIA IN ONE HOUR.
