THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA...INDIANA...ALLEGHENY AND WESTMORELAND

THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAVE BEEN MOVING THROUGH EASTERN
ALLEGHENY...INDIANA...AND WESTMORELAND COUNTIES SINCE EARLY
AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS ARE EXPECTED IN THESE SAME AREAS
THIS EVENING AND MAY CAUSE CREEK AND STREAM FLOODING.

THE HEAVIEST RAINS HAVE FALLEN OVER PUCKETA CREEK IN WESTMORELAND
COUNTY AND TWO LICK CREEK IN SOUTHE$RN INDIANA COUNTY.
