WIND GUSTS TO 55 KNOTS WERE REPORTED FROM THE DELAND
AIRPORT IN WESTERN VOLUSIA COUNTY BETWEEN 110PM AND 115PM
EDT BY BLACKWING AVIATION. THE DAYTONA BEACH RADAR AT 115PM
EDT SHOWED STRONG AND SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN THE DELAND
AREA NORTHEAST TO THE NORTH VOLUSIA COUNTY LINE MOVING EAST
