AT 809 PM MIDLAND RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO JUST NORTHWEST
OF BIG SPRING MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
 
GET TO SAFETY IMMEDIATELY AND THEN RELAY SEVERE WEATHER REPORTS TO
THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OR THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
