EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS
          ...WESTERN WINKLER
 
AT 815 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST SOUTH OF
WINK IN WINKLER COUNTY. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTH AT 20 MILES AND
HOUR AND WILL BE EFFECTING WINK IN A FEW MINUTES AND KETMIT SHORTLY
AFTER.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE' OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
