A SKY WARN SPOTTER REPORTED QUARTER SIZE HAIL BETWEEN ODESSA AND
GOLDSMITH WITH A WALL CLOUD FORMING. RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR WEST ODESSA MOVING NORTHEAST 30 MILES AN
HOUR.
 
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
