THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS
          ...GLASSCOCK
 
AT 1240 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST TO THE
SOUTHWEST OF GARDEN CITY IN GLASSCOCK COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM IS
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. RESIDENTS OF GARDEN CITY
SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TAKE SHELTER IF THREATENING CONDITIONS
APPROACH.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTOR)MS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
