AT 714 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER EXTREME
NORTHERN HALE COUNTY. A TORNADO WAS REPORTED EARLIER IN THIS
STORM. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
