EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF
 
NORTHEAST MISSOURI... ADAIR... SOUTHERN SCHUYLER
 
RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF KIRKSVILE
AT 650 PM CDT MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
 
HEAVY RAINS REDUCE VISIBILITY AND QUICKLY FLOOD ROADS AND LOW
LYING AREAS.  MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT.  DO NOT WALK OR DRIVE
THROUGH FLOODED AREAS.  STAY AWAY FROM STORM DRAINS.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD
