HEAVY RAINS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN MARION COUNTY OVERNIGHT.
IT APPEARS THAT THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HAS RECEIVED THE MOST. HEAVY
THUNDERSTORMS...FUELED BY TROPICAL AIR...WILL CONTINUE OVER THE AREA
FOR SEVERAL MORE HOURS.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
