HOWARD AT 445 PM...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY AMATEUR RADIO AT BURLINGTON...OR 13 MILES WEST OF KOKOMO. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THE WARNING INCLUDES THE CITY OF KOKOMO. SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. GO TO YOUR BASEMENT OR AN INTERIOR ROOM SUCH AS A CLOSET OR BATHROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. AVOID WINDOWS AND PROTECT YOUR BODY FROM FLYING GLASS AND DEBRIS.
