THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS...CUMBERLAND AND CLARK

AT 1212 AM A FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED BY THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY
SHERRIF DEPARTMENT 3 TO 4 MILES NORTH OF GREENUP IN CUMBERLAND
COUNTY.  THE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS MOVING EAST.

FUNNEL CLOUDS CAN OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO ADVANCE WARNING...SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE
TO A PLACE OF SAFETY.
