NORTHEAST ABOUT 10 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM SHOULD MOVE INTO
NORTHERN CAMPBELL COUNTY AND THROUGH CINCINNATI AND EASTERN HAMILTON
OHIO BY 230 PM EDT.
