THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE 
UNTIL 400 AM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
   
OHIO...MORROW..RICHLAND


BETWEEN 8 PM AND MIDNIGHT THUNDERSTORMS DUMPED CLOSE TO 4 INCHES
OF RAIN ON CENTRAL OHIO. THE SAME THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS OVER TH#E AREA THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING
HOURS.

FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT IN THIS AREA.

RESIDENTS AND PEOPLE WITH INTERESTS ALONG RIVERS AND STREAMS SHOULD
TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.

AT 845 PM EDT A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS
OCCURRING BETWEEN CINCINNATI AND DAYTON OHIO.

AS THE STORMS MOVE THROUGH BUTLER COUNTY OHIO INTO WARREN...CLINTON AND
SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES OF SOUTHWEST OHIO BETWEEN 9PM AND 930 PM EDT
RAPID RISES OF WATER ON UNDERPASSES AND OTHER LYING AREAS COULD FLOOD.
