THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
WEST CENTRAL OHIO... SHELBY
 
AT 830 PM RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS
NORTHERN SHELBY COUNTY OHIO.  PREVIOUS RAINFALL HAD ALREADY FLOODED
MANY ROADWAYS AND cUNDERPASSES.  SEVERAL STREAMS HAD BEGUN TO
FLOW OUT OF THEIR BANKS.
 
FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT IN THIS AREA.  IF YOU LIVE NEAR FLOOD PRONE
RIVERS OR STREAMS IN THIS AREA GO IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND.
