AT 225 PM EDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS SHOWN BY RADAR ON THE CHERRY
POINT AREA OF CRAVEN COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MONING NORTHEAST
AT 20 MPH AND WILL EFFECT PAMLICO COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF
PAMLICO SOUND.
 
PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD BE ALERT FOR LARGE HAIL...
DAMAGING WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.
