AT 205 PM CDT RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS NEAR OSHKOSH EXTENDING SOUTHWEST INTO WESTERN FOND DU LAC COUNTY. THSES STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN END OF LAKE WINNEBAGO. BOATERS ON LAKE WINNEBAGO SHOULD SEEK A SAFE HARBOR AT ONCE. DC
