EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

POSSIBLE CITY EFFECTED...WHITE RIVER.
 
PUBLIC OFFICIALS HAVE REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR CIDER BUTTE AND ALSO
ONE NEAR WHITE RIVER. THE TORNADOES WERE MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30
MILES PER HOUR.
