SOUTHEAST OF SIOUX FALLS NEAR LESTER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
SOME OTHER CITIES INCLUDIED IN THIS WARNING ARE ROCK RAPIDS AND
GEORGE.
