          ...EASTERN HALF OF CHEROKEE
 
AT 310 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED
ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTH OF CHEROKEE. ABOUT 40 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIOUX
CITY...  MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.
