EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS

AT 1 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN HONDO...TEXAS SHOWS
AN AREA OF WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CITY OF SAN
ANTONIO AND BEXAR COUNTY MOVING NORTH AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
 
VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED FROM THESE STORMS AND IS EXPECTED
TO CONTINUE FOR ABOUT THE NEXT HOUR OR SO. RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS
WILL CONTINUE TO FLOOD LOW WATER CROSSINGS...LOW LYING AREAS NEAR
CREEKS AND RIVERS...AND AREAS THAT DO NOT DRAIN WELL DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS.
