EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...
 
IN SOUTH TEXAS
          ...FRIO
 
AT 440 AM CDT...HEAVY RAIN WAS REPORTED IN THE CITY OF PEARSALL...
WITH ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING TO THE IMMEDIATE SOUTHEAST
OF FRIO COUNTY.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTHWEST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.  WITH
THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUND CONDITIONS OVER THE COUNTY...THE FLOODING
THREAT IS HIGH.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED.
 
REMEMBER...DEATHS DURING FLASH FLOODING ARE FREQUENTLY RELATED TO
