AT 1230 PM...A SMALL CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS...SOME VERY STRONG... WAS IN NORTHEAST KANSAS AND NORTHWEST MISSOURI. A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER ST JOSEPH MISSOURI AND WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO CLINTON COUNTY MISSOURI AROUND 1PM.
