WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL MISSOURI...NORTHERN PETTIS AND SOUTHERN SALINE

AT 745PM..A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER SWEET SPRINGS..15 MILES
NORTHWEST OF SEDALIA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  3/4 INCH HAIL
WAS REPORTED BY A SEVERE WEATHER SPOTTER AT SWEET SPRINGS..ALONG
WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WINDS.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.

THESE STORMS CAN PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.

A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED ALONG A WEAK COLD FRONT...
JUST SOUTH OF THE KANSAS CITY METROPOLITAIN AREA DURING THE LAST
HOUR.

THE STORMS ARE ALONG A LINE FROM JUST NORTH OF LAWRENCE KANSAS TO
ODESSA MISSOURI. HALF INCH HAIL WAS REPORTED IN BLUE SPRINGS AT
ABOUT 6:25 PM.

THE STORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL JACKS$ON AND JOHNSON
COUNTIES BETWEEN NOW AND 7:30 PM. THERE WILL BE PERIODS OF VERY
HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS.

AT 730 PM...A LINE OF VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHED FROM
EASTCENTRAL MISSOURI TO EASTCENTRAL KANSAS.

STORMS WERE IN A 15 MILE WIDE LINE THAT STRETCHED FROM 30 MILES NORTH
OF COLUMBIA MISSOURI TO JUST SOUTH OF KANSAS CITY TO 45 MILES SOUTH
OF TOPEKA KANSAS.  STRONGEST STORMS WERE PRODUCING BRIEF VERY HEAVY
RAIN...GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL.  GOLF_ BALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED IN
SOUTHWEST JOHNSON COUNTY KANSAS AT 655 PM AND ONE INCH HAIL WAS
REPORTED AT LEES SUMMIT MISSOURI AT 715 PM.

MOVMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
