THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE
UNTIL 500  PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN...GRANT

AT 350 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND NEAR LIVINGSTON
IN EASTERN GRANT COUNTY...30 MILES NORTHEAST OF DUBUQUE.

THE TORNADO WAS MOVING TO THE EAST A 10 MILES AN HOUR.

THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION.  IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF
THIS TORNADO MOVE TO  A SHELTER BELOW GROUND LEVEL IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWSh.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
