EFFECTIVE UNTIL 245 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

SOUTHEAST IOWA...WESTERN WAPELLO

AT 210 PM...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 5 MILES
SOUTH OF OTTUMWA...ALONG HIGHWAY 63.

THE STORM WAS MOVING WEST NORTHWEST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.

IF A TORNADO APPROACHES...TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.  A BASEMENT...
INTERIOR HALLWAY...OR A ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR IS THE SAFEST
